User Generated Content – or Knowledge, Wiki Style

Wikis are community driven knowlege sites, where the FAQs and information articles are written and edited by hyper-users. These are a few that caught my eye:

A Wiki type portal, JurisPedia is an encyclopaedic project of academic initiative devoted to worldwide law, legal and political sciences. There’s a tonne of wiki Fan Sites around TV. My fave? Wookiepedia – wiki, Star Wars style.

Anyway theres a fair few wikis at Wikia, the old Wikia Cities site, so if you have a penchant or a passion, head over there. Create your own. Discuss. Got wiki?

  1. I think that this project will be developed and completed. I think that will be a good encyclopedia. This encyclopedia will be a reference book of many students.
