To see a different perspective on user generated content, check out Patricia Seybold’s blog. Although the bloglets skate the main issues and challenges and simply focus on what the companies are doing, its an excellent reference point to do a follow up and assess the quality of the collaborative content yourself by going to the mentioned companies website and press releases.

Patricia Seybold also has two books, Customers.com and The Customer Revolution. I haven’t got them yet, but when I do, I’ll get back to you.
