As a Canadian now living in Sydney, I can tell you that we spend very little on military spending – hence the photo.

Canada has 1 of the best army’s in the world. Maybe not in size, with in equiptment, and strategie. They also have an outstanding navy. The person who made this picture clearly doesn’t know anything about Canada.
