Transcript of Artificial Intelligence and Agile at AgileAus23 invitation to workshop/keynote video:
Hello, my name is Laurel Papworth. On the 14th of August, I’m going to be speaking at AgileAus23 on artificial intelligence and Agile. A couple of days later, on the 16th of August, I’m going to be running the full day workshop for AgileAus23 on artificial intelligence and ChatGPT. We will, of course, start with basic prompts, moving up to more advanced prompts. Then look at the different ways of accessing GPT and other AI, including training your own model inhouse for your own projects. Given the models can handle tasks like creating and updating documents and tracking progress, writing, producing, editing reports, strategy documents. And AI is also very useful for team communication with sprint planning and organization. It can assess what customers are saying including with the sentiment AI, and I guess training the model on your standard operating procedures for newbies, for onboarding of new staff. Code interpreter allows you to feed models your code, and there’s a variety of plugins and third party services that can augment either your inhouse model or accessing Open AI’s API for chat GPT directly. I hope I see you on the Monday at my keynote presentation and/or on the Wednesday at AI is my Copilot Workshop for AgileAus23. I look forward to seeing you there. Thank you.

- Mastering prompts is an art even though GPT is a NLP (natural language processor) there are ways to chain prompts and use modifiers to get better results to your queries. learn to be more effective.
- Plugins are now fully implemented and more are being added each day. Combined with internet browsing GPT can be utilised more effectively.
- Microsoft/OpenAI has introduced GPT-powered (APIs) to add GPT (ChatGPT) to enterprise based systems like accounting, CRMs and more. So has Bard, Adobe and others. Find out what this means to your organisation.
- Future Directions, case studies, analytics and return on investment (RoI) vs cost of inaction (CoI) will also be covered. Jobs, automation, compliance impacted by AI.
Key Learning Outcomes
Upon the successful completion of this workshop you will:
- Be able to write and present an artificial intelligence strategy including tools to use, policies for consideration regarding implications around copyright, regulations and DarkAI. When to use and when to perhaps not use, Artificial Intelligence with or without the blockchain.
- Beyond basic prompting – know how to generate multiple prompts with context to get better results. As well as parameters and delimiters to work with the GPT token (word) limit and to improve accuracy and truthfulness. While this is not a technical course, students will be more confident undertaking technical activities when training the LLM (ChatGPT).
- Create web pages, email newsletters, chatbots on websites and more with ChatGPT. Review images from Midjourney, StableDiffusion and Dall-E. Use academic research or Marketing or tech AI tools like Elicit, 11Eleven Labs and D-ID.
- Decide which browser plugins and additional 3rd party tools work best for your ChatGPT AI strategy. Familiarise with plugins builtin into native GPT as well as understand the concepts behind API integration into business systems like accounting, CRM, Google Drive, email, SEO and enterprise requirements.
- Review case studies and analytics to determine best practices for relevant industry sectors with artificial intelligence. From a company with ChatGPT as its CEO (pre-money valuation of 4 million euro in the first month), to OpenResearch evaluating which job roles in a company will be integrated with AI as standard practice, let’s get ahead of the curve!
