Transcript of Video (course on GPT for hospitality and clubs).
Hello, my name is Laurel Papworth and I’d like to invite you to “AI Is My CoPilot” course for clubs and pubs and hospitality and partners in conjunction with The Drop, and it’s on the 26 October. If you go to the booking website, you’ll see more information, but basically what we’re going to cover is structured prompting so that our chat threads, our prompt threads, have more contextualised information, structured in the right way, using the right parameters and modifiers and delimiters so that you get really good answers out of GPT. [00:00:42.520]
We’re going to look at the integration of natural language processing (NLP) models like ChatGPT into business systems, whether it’s your QuickBooks accounts or your email programme or your CRM, things like that, and how that will look as you connect those systems into GPT. [00:01:03.150]
Part of the day is going to be you training an AI. Don’t worry, it’s not too technical, but you’ll be able to upload a document. I’ll give you the document and teach the AI the document. This isn’t a case of it goes away the minute you leave the prompt. The document will stay there and you can query it. You can give other people the ability to query it. So you can give staff and vendors and clients and whoever else access to whatever documents you want them to have access to. Might be marketing plans, could be financial documents for staff, could be HR strategies, could be standard operating procedures. Whatever you need to train the model on. [00:01:47.280]
This, of course, leads us to the part about privacy, security, transparency, intellectual property and risk assessment. There are some risks, particularly with the lack of regulation at the moment in this area, so we will cover risk as well. [00:02:05.640]
So this course is on the 26 October. It’s a one day course with me, Laurel Papworth. If you go to thedrop.com.au booking site, you’ll see more information and I really hope to see you there. Thank you.
